I’ve spent my career helping organizations thrive— from banking and finance in Nepal to managing billion-dollar federal contracts in the U.S. and launching my own consulting and training firm. As the founder and leader of Eon Logics LLC, I drive the vision and strategy of a boutique management consulting and training firm specializing in government contracting, financial management, and organizational development. I spearheaded the creation of Edunyx LMS, a cloud-based learning platform offering over 140 curated courses in leadership, business, and technology. From content strategy and instructor partnerships to platform design, testing, and launch, I’ve overseen every stage of development—building a versatile training solution that serves corporations, nonprofits, and government agencies. My role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, expanding reach through partnerships and continuously improving the platform through data-driven insights.

2023 - Present

The Red Gate Group Limited – Director of Finance

At Red Gate Group, I managed all aspects of finance and accounting, overseeing controllership, budgeting, FP&A, and treasury functions for a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. I led the successful migration from Unanet Financials to Deltek Costpoint, developed an Accounting Procedures Manual, and implemented scalable systems to manage government contracts. Partnering with executives, I contributed to winning proposals, ensured DCAA and GAAP compliance, and drove process improvements that strengthened financial reporting and decision-making. My leadership extended beyond finance, supporting organizational strategy, ISO and CMMI certifications, and enterprise-wide project reporting structures.

2017 - 2023

Glomantech LLC – Principal Consultant

At Glomantech, I provided consulting services to small government contractors, focusing on business development, financial compliance, and proposal support. I guided clients in creating competitive capability statements, building compliant accounting and reporting systems, and responding to RFPs from agencies like DHS and the Navy. My work ensured DCAA compliance and positioned clients for sustainable growth in the federal contracting space.

2015 - 2016

PAE Government Services – Senior Business Operations Manager

At PAE Government Services, I oversaw business operations for high-value federal contracts with the Department of State and Department of Defense, managing projects in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Djibouti with combined contract values exceeding $1.2 billion. My work spanned cost control, budget development, proposal pricing, compliance oversight, and financial planning and analysis. I successfully led the close-out of a $450M Djibouti Base Operations contract, ensuring every detail met contractual and regulatory requirements. Beyond the numbers, I coordinated recruitment and training initiatives, collaborated closely with senior leadership, and delivered clear, actionable financial reporting to both executives and clients—balancing operational efficiency with strategic impact.

20102 - 2014

PAE (Lockheed Martin), US Naval Base, Djibouti – Business Operations Manager / Senior Financial Analyst

Stationed at Camp Lemonnier, I led financial planning and analysis for $450M in contracts supporting over 1,600 employees and 150 vendors. I implemented a DCAA-compliant timekeeping system, reduced operating costs by 13%, and resolved funding backlogs with government partners. As a Senior Financial Analyst, I conducted in-depth financial reviews, enforced compliance with FAR and CAS, and developed cost-saving initiatives—such as consolidating equipment rentals—that delivered millions in annual savings to the government.

2010 - 2012

Reed & Associates, CPAs and Consultants – Senior Consultant / Project Manager

At Reed & Associates, I provided specialized financial consulting to federal agencies, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. I assessed the fiscal health of FHA mortgage lenders and HRSA grantees, applying detailed analysis of audit reports, tax filings, and compliance data. My role combined analytical rigor with a consultative approach, enabling agencies to make informed funding and certification decisions.

2007 - 2009

MMC Systems, Inc. – Financial Analyst / Consultant

I worked with Freddie Mac and other clients to design and implement a loan amortization engine, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FAS 91 and EITF 99-20 standards. I developed critical reports to meet tax, GAAP, and management requirements, verified data integrity, and collaborated on system specifications to support enterprise-level financial operations.

2006 - 2007

Early Career in Nepal

Before relocating to the United States, I built a diverse career in Nepal spanning banking, finance, consulting, and academia. Roles included Operations Associate at Citibank N.A., Operations Manager at Chartered Financial Services, Senior Consultant at Mercantile Communications, and Program Director at L.A. College of Management. These positions provided a strong foundation in financial operations, leadership, and strategic planning—skills I would later apply and expand in the U.S. market.
